  • Why CTL Catalyst Exists

Two colleagues discussing work at a standing desk with a computer in a modern office.

Built from experience. Created to add capacity.

CTL Catalyst grew from years of experience supporting faculty, developing teaching and learning initiatives, and working within the realities of higher education. Great ideas do not always come with enough time, staff, or capacity to bring them to life. CTL Catalyst was created to help close that gap by providing the additional expertise and project capacity institutions need to move good ideas forward.

    Your goals. Our focus.

Every institution has its own people, priorities, and ways of working. CTL Catalyst starts there. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we work alongside institutions to understand what they are trying to accomplish and create practical resources, learning experiences, and deliverables designed for the people who will actually use them.

  • What Drives Our Work

Great ideas deserve the opportunity to become something more.

Faculty development works best when it reflects the institution, its faculty, and the people doing the work. CTL Catalyst believes good ideas should not have to wait simply because time, staffing, or resources are limited. We provide the additional capacity to help move those ideas forward.

Your ideas + Our capacity = Your desired outcomes.

You know your institution, your faculty, and what you want to accomplish. We bring the time, expertise, and creativity to help make it happen. Whether it is a project you have been wanting to complete, a resource sitting on your wish list, or an initiative your team has not had time to build, CTL Catalyst can help turn the idea into something tangible.
